Off the cuff - no fluff (& no editing)
I want to show you a real example of WHY it literally PAYS to honor our needs.
So often we get stuck in the hustle, the overworking mentality (Guilty as Charged..)
And after another healing session, I decided to take a spontaneous mid-day break.
The result?
A new excited client in my DMs when I got back, ready to get started.
